FRANK KARREMAN
Founding Principal Frank Karreman has practiced architecture and completed projects in the Seattle area, West Coast and Pacific Far East since arriving from Philadelphia in 1985. After his role as a project designer at NBBJ Architecture, Frank served as the Mid Atlantic regional project manager and store designer for Starbucks Coffee before creating Karreman+Associates in 1996 and 3rk architecture | design in 2016. Frank is a registered architect in Washington, Oregon, and California and is a LEED Green Associate.
CARLOS ALVAREZ
Carlos is an associate and lead drafter for 3rk architecture | design providing construction documentation and management for residential, retail, and commercial projects. Carlos oversees our computer design applications anddatabase and is a LEED Accredited Professional and Certified Sustainable Building Adviser.
AKHILA POOJAR
As a team member working with us remotely, Akhila provides SketchUp computer models and 3D conceptual studies for 3rk architecture | design via her architectural consulting company ATP Studio . A valued former employee, Akhila works collaboratively with us from her home in Bangalore Karnataka.
AIMEE TRIANA-ALVAREZ
Aimee is principal designer at AMT Design, a firm providing design services to the Northwest Region. As our teammate, Aimee is involved in deciding the interior appointments for residential and commercial projects. She leads the research and selection process to determine interior materials, furnishings, and lighting fixtures commensurate with each project's circumstances, with an eye to providing cost effective choices for our clients.
ROBERT WILLIAMSON
From Williamson Studio Robert brings his artistic background to bear on the interior design, signature visuals and branding of 3rK hospitality projects. He has worked for 30 years in the Seattle area with clients large and small such as Starbucks, Westin Hotels, Microsoft, Google, Cactus, Schwartz Brothers, Pecado Bueno and Lunchbox Lab.
